Vito Bernasconi's Smoothie Recipe —

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup almond/cocoquench milk
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1 small banana
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop protein (pea or other)
  • 1/4 avocado (optional)

METHOD

Layer the ingredients in your blender. Starting with the liquid and greens, then banana and powder then berries. Blend and enjoy!
