QB's home away from home
Queensland Ballet is set to enter an exciting new stage of our ongoing journey as a global ballet company as we embark on a significant redevelopment of our home at West End's Thomas Dixon Centre.
With construction on our redevelopment to start before mid-year, it's now time for us to move out of our current site for the duration of the build.
We're pleased to announce that we have a new home away from home less than a kilometre from our current site at 34 Beesley St, West End.
The Company will relocate to this site from 11 February 2019 until October 2020. This home-away-from-home will allow us to continue our growth and development as a Company, it will enable us to keep delivering our public Dance Classes as per normal and keeps us close to our performance home at QPAC.
It will be business as usual for us as we work from Beesley St while our new home is being built and we look forward to sharing the progress of this legacy infrastructure project as it unfolds over the coming 18 months.
