Hugh Colman —

Hugh Colman is one of Australia's pre-eminent theatre, dance and opera designers.

He has worked on well over one hundred productions throughout Australia and Asia. Hugh designed Maina Gielgud's The Sleeping Beauty for The Australian Ballet which officially opened the State Theatre at the Victorian Arts Centre in 1984. His recent designs for The Australian Ballet include Theme and Variations, Ballet Imperial, and Scuolo di Ballo.
