What inspires you to dance?

"My inspiration for dance, ballet in particular, stems from a multitude of sources. From something as basic as a beautiful piece of music to the pursuit of aesthetic perfection that ballet demands.

Above everything else though, I find my strongest inspiration is my colleagues at Queensland Ballet and all of my fellow artists that I have encountered in my career thus far. I have learnt so much and been driven to improve my own technique and artistry countless times in the hopes that one day, I'll inspire someone else as much as others have done for me. From mentors to the people who I spend everyday with perfecting our craft, to observe them and be inspired by their individual artistic qualities is more than a privilege."
